Before you write

A few details turn a report into something we can actually reproduce:

• The YouTube URL you were trying to download.
• The format you selected, for example MP4 1080p or MP3 320kbps.
• Your browser and device, for example Chrome on iPhone.
• The exact error message shown on screen, if there was one.
