Permitted use
TubeFetch is a download helper for personal and educational purposes. When you use it, you confirm that:
- You have the right to download and use the content you request.
- You will not use the tool to infringe copyright or breach YouTube’s Terms of Service.
- You accept that downloaded files are stored temporarily and removed automatically.
- You use the service at your own risk, without warranty of any kind.
Fair use limits
Requests are rate limited per IP address and playlists are capped at 50 items per batch. Automated scraping, resale of the service, or attempts to bypass these limits are not permitted.
Availability
TubeFetch depends on third-party sources and tooling that change without notice. Features may break, change or be withdrawn at any time, and no uptime is guaranteed.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the operators accept no liability for loss or damage arising from its use, including any use that infringes the rights of others.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Short version: download what you are entitled to download, and do not treat TubeFetch as a way around anyone’s rights.
